How much does it cost a month for space rental?
Current lot rental is $415 or $461 per month. Utilities are separate.

Rent is based on the size of the home.

May I have a pet?
Yes, you may have a house pet, dog or cat, however, we do not allow pets to be walked within the community. Permission by Management is required and there is a Pet Rules and Regulations agreement you must enter into.

How far is it to the nearest grocery stores, etc.?
We have several major grocery stores within a mile of our community. In addition Wal-Mart, The Home Depot, Lowes Home Improvement and two shopping malls are within 15 minutes driving time.

Is there RV Storage?
Yes, we have RV storage lots with a monthly fee of $40.00 (space is limited).

We have a bus stop located by the front entrance to the community.

We have a wide range of medical facilities within 2 mile radius from the park. There is also a V.A. Hospital within a 15 minute drive from the park.
